Our Catering Objectives and Beliefs
To serve all customers with outstanding quality foods, prepared with creativity and care, presented with beautiful style, in a way that exceeds customer expectations and creates the desire to return to our business for all food and service needs.
We are happy to research and design menus for your events and preferences. Meeting special dietary needs and requirements is one of our specialties. We can prepare foods that are vegetarian, vegan, sugar-free, wheat and gluten free, kosher, and organic, in addition to special diet programs.
We support local farmers, locally owned businesses, students, and all who believe in hard work.
We have expanded our appetizer menu this winter and invite everyone to engage us in some creative thoughts for your party or event. And we continue to stock our front freezer with freezer-to-oven appetizers for all of us too busy to plan in advance. They are our same fabulous quality items that we use in our full-service catered parties – ready to go home with you daily. We can also make anything to order if you plan a bit in advance, so call and ask for Susan or Kathy every day for appetizer ideas.
Our cheese case continues to be fully stocked, not only with our own famous spreads like Jane’s cheese and White Pizza spreads. Daily options include: Humboldt Fog (aged goat cheese with a bleu wash from California), St. Andre (our favorite triple cream French cow’s milk cheese), Manchego of different ages (Spanish sheep’s milk cheese – so much nicer than cheddar), and Red Dragon Somerdale (mustard seed in an English cow’s milk cheddar). In addition to these which we try to ALWAYS have on hand, we have a yummy truffle pate from Les Trois Petit Cochons (fabulous with champagne or sauterne wines) and Roaring Forties bleu from Tasmania, plus more that I can’t remember.
All our cheeses are VERY competitively priced to move out of our case and into your home so come try something new and come back for your favorites. We will also order your favorite if we don’t have it.
Please consider holding your event in our building and in our gardens & terraces. We can formally serve 35 indoors, more than 100 outdoors. Special event locations are available to us when we are providing your foods. Talk to us about some very special facilities where we can hold your event. Our references are available to you—in personal and corporate areas. We work hard and create very beautiful, tasty foods. Let us 'wow' you with our efforts.
