- 1st – truffle mousse pâté with fig jam on mini toasts
- 2nd – frisee salad with chopped antipasto
- 3rd – halibut steaks with lemon coriander brown sugar glaze, grilled asparagus
- 4th – apple rum cake with whipped brandy cream

Local Group Support
We support a number of special groups with our food and service, and hope you will support us and these good groups with your time and funds also.
Look for us with activities sponsored by the Kennett Township Land Trust and an exciting new event in a few months: the Mid Atlantic Food and Wine Feast in February 2012. We are helping the Biden Breast Health Initiative with a donation and many other groups that involve our clients.
We also support everything in our little community of Centreville, so check with us to see what we are doing and where!
